From the masterminds behind Italian favourites Il Borro and Alici comes this homegrown French restaurant set to inject a bit of joie de vivre to DIFC’s ICD Brookfield Place later this year. Josette was conceived as an imaginary character, inspired by Yves Saint Laurent and actress Josette Day. The new 2021 Parisian Restaurant in Dubai will feature high ceilings, bold colors, an intriguing combination of furniture that will create a buoyant dining experience in Dubai.

Cannes celebrity hotspot is set to open later this year at Gate Village 11, DIFC. While details on the venue are being kept under wraps, expect a similar Asian-themed space done in exotic Balinese style - think a lavish haven of plush sofas, candle-lit tables and an outside veranda facing out on a garden of palm trees. Dine on a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian fare.

Recently opened in Al Habtoor City, this iconic "Beverly Hills" neighborhood trattoria is now in Dubai. This is the first international outpost by the Sicilian brothers, Giacomino, Celestino and Calogero Dragos - who own restaurants dotted all over Los Angeles. Think homemade pasta, squid ink, pumpkin risotto and the traditional house favorite spicy tomato sauce – Arrabbiata.

Only the third 'Dinner by Heston' in the world, after London and Melbourne, This award winning concept by Heston Blumenthal is opening at the upcoming The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences. True to the Michelin-starred concept's ethos, which traces gastronomic history right back from the medieval age, to interpret these forgotten dishes and recipes in quirky, modern ways in signature Heston style.

The restaurant, located in the InterContinental Dubai Marina, is slated to “embrace the traditional Kyoto culture from 1920 to the modern and futuristic Tokyo of 2050." Expect Japanese fare with American flare from this Hollywood import which takes a cue from Japan's popular sake bars and traditional Geisha Houses of entertainment.

The first traditional Peruvian cebichería in Dubai - houses an open kitchen, a dedicated cebiche bar and an anticucho grill. Located at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, the restaurant’s contemporary design and elegant interiors have been inspired by the design of a ‘Fisherman’s Wharf’.

An ode to the vibrant sights, scents and sounds of Buenos Aires, Sucre will be a new addition to DIFC’s vibrant dining scene. Hot on the heels of the July opening of the London outpost, the Argentinian export will bring with it open-fire cooking and an exotic drinks menu.
